June 14, 1819, letter from Parrish to Morris S. Miller, a New York congressman who represented the U.S. in Buffalo, N.Y., during the July, 1819, negotiation of a treaty between the Seneca Indians and the proprietors of the Seneca Reservation. Parrish's letter concerns arrangements for the upcoming treaty negotiations.
